      งานประชุมวิชาการ ECTI-CARD 2009 เป็นงานประชุมครั้งแรก จัดโดยสมาคมวิชาการไฟฟ้า อิเลคทรอนิคส์ โทรคมนาคมและสารสนเทศ ประเทศไทย จุดมุ่งหมายหลักของการจัดงานเพื่อรวบรวมผลงานวิจัยและพัฒนาเชิงประยุกต์ นวัตกรรม และสิ่งประดิษฐ์ โดยใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ ระบบฝังตัว หรือระบบสารสนเทศ สำหรับนักวิจัย ผู้พัฒนาและผู้ใช้งาน หรือหน่วยงานที่จะนำงานที่ตีพิมพ์ไปพัฒนาต่อยอด หรือพัฒนาสู่ผลิตภัณฑ์เชิงพาณิชย์
       บทความจะได้รับการพิจารณาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จากคุณภาพ ความสมบูรณ์ของงาน ประสิทธิภาพ และการนำไปใช้งานจริง บทความที่ได้รับการคัดเลือกจะนำเสนอในงานประชุม และตีพิมพ์ใน ECTI-CARD Proceedings ซึ่งสามารถสืบค้นได้ที่ฐานข้อมูลของสมาคม ECTI

      ECTI-CARD 2009 is the first annual conference organized by Electrical Engineering/Electronics, Computer, Telecommunications and Information Technology (ECTI) Association, Thailand. The conference aims to be a forum for gathering research and development results, innovation, or prototype in computer application, embedded system or Information Technology and also for an end user, a company or developers to shop for a new potential product, solution and idea. Accepted papers will be published in the Proceedings of ECTI-CARD 2009. Acceptance will be based on quality, contribution, completeness, effectiveness, and real adoption of the proposed works.
